“Tastes” is the name that connects us with our essence: it means flavor in English and to taste in Valencian.
Our cuisine is based on fresh, local products, prepared in-house to guarantee the highest quality. Here, you can enjoy anything from a delicious, complete breakfast to lunch or dinner with a wide variety of dishes: vegetables, tapas, meats, and fish.
You’ll find it hard to decide not only what to eat, but also where. Choose between the intimate atmosphere of our indoor dining room or the freshness of our leafy patio.
For 9 months of the year, our kitchen offers an à la carte service, with uninterrupted hours from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
In summer, we invite you to our semi-buffet. You can enjoy an unlimited variety of starters, salads, and desserts, without giving up a freshly made main course: meat, fish, pasta, or rice.
Tatum is the place for aperitifs and charcuterie, but the specialty is our bikinis: the classic sandwich; pastrami; ham, mozzarella, and truffle; sobrassada, onion, and cheese; or vegetarian.
Tatum is open every summer day from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, and on spring weekends.
